What should i do for my 13th birthday?

soo i really need help. my birthday is in December so i have a while to make up my mind. i have no clue what i am going to do for my 13th birthday. the thing is. that it's in the winter and so there's really not much to do. i can't stay in my house but i can't be outdoors. i been having parties inside the house for my whole life and i would like to do something really fun this year and something unforgettable. it is a boy/girl party.i wanted to rent a hall but i don't think my parent's would allow me to. because that costs kind of a lot and i still need activities which will cost also. i can go rent a place like ice skating but not everyone wants to go. does anyone have any suggestions? i can't spend more than $300. and i would like to go rent a place with like a specific activity not just a hall. and i don't want to go bowling. since it's in the winter no one would want to swim even if it's indoors. pleaseee help !! and thanks! anything that's fun but not in the house. and not only girls but boys are coming too! nothing that's really pricey though. hmmm im a tween and u could like do stuff indoors and then maybe something fun maybe if ur parents arent like watching u the whole time y not play 7 minutes in heaven?????im going to do dat.hmm wat could u do outside ur house maybe i know i know u dont wanna be cooped up in the house but yall like go somewhere then come bk and watch scary movies.
